This is a hands-on role.Source, Recruit and Interview CandidatesSource, screen, interview, acquire, and place top talent for perm and contract positions.Generate referrals by providing outstanding service.Attend networking events on a monthly basis including mornings, evenings and weekends.Business Development/Account ManagementGenerate leads, call hiring managers, set up meetings, negotiate fee agreement and acquire clients and hold your team accountable to do the same.Market and place candidates in direct hire and contract positions.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed clients’ needs.Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual production objectives.What You Need4+ years of recruiting experience. Technology Recruiting experience is a plus.Must come with a book of business and strong relationships.Must embrace and welcome feedback, improvement and growth. Stagnant, fixed minds don't do well here. We will challenge you to be better every day.Experience recruiting in an agency setting with a track record of success is highly desired.Fearless attitude, competitiveness, intelligence, desire to learn, focus, and very strong work ethics.Ability to develop strong rapport with companies, candidates, internal employees and partners.Ability to work well in team-based environment under minimal supervision. You will get a lot of autonomy, but we will still be managing you.Willingness to work whatever hours it takes to succeed. No 9-5 ers, no clock in, clock out mentality. Expect to put in some extra hours, especially in the first 3-6 months.
