General Summary: This position manages the business relationship between both specialty accounts, sales representatives, and the company. Prospective candidates should be comfortable growing a business and selling to boutique and specialty accounts as well as online retailers. Women's contemporary apparel experience required.Major Responsibilities Maintains and builds relationships with key decision-makers. Reviews trends with buyers weekly. Implements season profitability plans. Review weekly sales performance. Meet internal sales and margin goals monthly. Analyze new customer business opportunities. Conduct presentations and meeting with key customers. Influence company inventory. Coordinate merchandising. Sales team support. Special projects as required. Perform Account Associate duties as needed. Communications with all levels of customer service/ production. Other duties may be assigned. Specific Job Skills Ability to perform complex verbal and written communications face-to-face and in group settings Decisions are guided by the organization and functional strategies and objectives and have a significant impact on others and the organization Work responsibilities occasionally concern confidential and/or sensitive information requiring the use of discretion Job duties varied, frequently require attention to and/or coordination of concurrent job duties Ability to work in a multi-task, high-pressure environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and time management skills essential Strong follow-up and completion skills Under general direction, examines moderately complex information and/or situations and prepares summary, solves problems for self, complex problems are referred to the supervisor Provides basic work direction Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, And/or Experience A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel 3-5 years experience in a related field
