We are hiring for an Area Manager position with a Med Spa Group in the Milwaukee Area. Previous experience required: Sales, Operations, Recruiting and Management of Multiple Units in beauty, wellness or hospitality setting. Please contact Yulia Kennon: Call directly: (470) 305-0536 or email your resume: Summary:Must have strong ability to plan and direct the day-to-day operations of multiple clinic locations.Develops strategies to improve the client experience and increase profitability. Manages and supports consultative sales. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Ensures client needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick, efficient and within established operational guidelines. Forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. Coaches, counsels, manages associate performance and engagement. Manages clinic profit and loss (P&L). Lead and directs the work of others. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: ·       Drive team performance to achieve clinic goals.·       Attain comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings.·       Ensure associates utilize ethical practices.·       Communicate, implement, enforce and comply with all policies and procedures both individually and at the clinic level.·       Travel between 4 clinics required, up to 100%.·       Interview potential associates and assist recruiting in hiring of associates.·       Human Resources compliance –manage associate behavior, including coaching/development and working with Human Resources on employee relations issues up to termination.·       Manage local marketing and networking events.·       Manage scheduling and coverage of the clinic.·       Assist with new clinic openings, as needed.·       Audit clinic·       Effective and proactive communication with regional sales director of any clinic needs.·       Exhibit professionalism and behaviors reflective of a leader.·       Contribute to building positive team morale and recognize accomplishments.·       Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Education/Training:• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credential. Experience:• Minimum of three years of management experience. Necessary skills needed in order to be successful:• Must maintain a high attention to detail• Experienced human capital manager, motivator and coach.• Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build team rapport.• Strong communication skills, including effective written and oral.• Effective leadership skills including multi-tasking, prioritizing, and goal setting/management.• Employee engagement to ensure staff and operational success.• Must work well independently with minimal supervision
