Lunova Group is currently recruiting for a parts sales and distribution professional to run and build the component division of a national utility transformer services company. This division operates under a second brand name and supplies and sells both to internal and external customer bases. Duties/Responsibilities:Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.Qualifications for this position include: 5 years’ experience with parts sales and distribution.Experience in developing suppliers for parts distribution and sales related to the transformer industry and similar or related industries.Experience in identifying and developing new sales channels and customers for sales maximization.Experience in inventory control.This position is in Dallas, Texas. Starting compensation will be a combination of base and variable components based on experience. Travel is up to 75% initially but will decrease over time.
