Job Title : Sales Producer – Personal Lines / Commercial LinesWork Hours : Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PMJob Location : Irving, TX 75062We are looking for a Sales Producer to join our dynamic and expanding team! Ideal candidates are highly motivated individuals with a business minded attitude, that will sell insurance products to mostly Hindi / Urdu speaking businesses, individuals, and families.Established since 2006, we are a successful and fast-growing Insurance Agencies in Irving, Texas. We provide a variety of insurance policies - commercial and personal lines - to our esteemed clients.Job Responsibilities:Generate Leads from internal databases, customer referrals, and marketing campaigns.Identify insurance needs from potential clients through calls and emailing.Develop, Promote, and Sell Insurance Products to prospective and existing customers.Work with underwriters to create insurance quotes, binders, and policies.Makes sales presentations and close sales.Service the Needs of Existing ClientsClerical FunctionsAttending inbound and outbound callsWorking in database management systemOther* Training and orientation will be provided* Must be fluent in Hindi / UrduDesired skills and experience:Previous insurance sales and management experience is helpful.Strong desire to lead and motivate a team.Insurance licensing is preferred, but not required. License can be obtained during the contracting process.
