Our new digital productivity platform, DiRXN (pronounced “Direction”), based on the integration of innovative Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and e-commerce technologies with a leading portfolio of tools, products and services, connects our customers to data and information that allows them to optimize productivity across all stages of their lifecycles.Job DescriptionThe National Sales Manager is responsible for implementing a sales strategy resulting in an increase in product sales and market penetration/expansion at selected Key Accounts.Sell precision miniature mechanical components to OEM's in hi-tech industries such as aerospace, medical devices, lab automation, and semiconductorCollaborate with Director of Sales to establish targets, report metrics of actual results vs. planDiscover, build, grow, and sustain customer relationships throughout the customer’s organization including Management, Engineering, Operations & ProcurementBuild and sustain internal relationships with Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations & Customer ServiceCollaborate on strategies and manage opportunities to increase sales and market penetrationVertical market focus; drive growth with Key Accounts Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to specific region or accountsIncrease awareness of product & service offerings to assigned Key AccountsProactively manage and support manufacturer reps to ensure accountability and execution. Coordinate development of short and long-term sales objectives, strategies, advertising and promotional programs and ensure their execution. Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volumeProvide management with information used to evaluate national opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related area.
