If you do too, see below for an opportunity to join our team.  THE JOB For the Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics, OMG23 is seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative data driven field. It is important that candidates have experience tracking, pulling and analyzing data utilizing a variety of data tools. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience working on reporting for a major brand, helping develop actionable insights that led to improved results.  As a Senior Analyst on OMG23’s Analytics team, you will be challenged to push beyond the status quo, always driving to uncover new methodologies and efficiencies for the OMG23 team and clients alike. While collaborating with planners, strategists, and other analysts, you will be expected to manage projects to successful completion. Through data-driven insights, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a client’s marketing strategy.  Responsibilities include:  Managing day-to-day client relationships Anticipating client’s needs and proactively developing solutions to address them Generating and communicating clear, compelling and actionable insights Providing thought leadership of ad-tech, measurement technologies and industry trends Identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes Providing on-job training to analysts and assistant analysts  Managing/overseeing reporting for multiple campaigns and campaign teams Working closely with publishers and data partners to set-up appropriate KPIs and tracking capabilities across all campaigns Presenting reports and proposals to clients during weekly phone calls and in-person meetings   YOU We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents:  Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields Advanced degree (MBA/MS) is preferred 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative data driven field (Agency experience preferred) A passion for both digital marketing and data analytics Independent thinker with strong ability to prioritize tasks within teams Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks, while mentoring and managing a team of analysts Ability to move beyond descriptive analytics and employ more sophisticated techniques (predictive & prescriptive analytics)  Ability to clearly explain complex technical ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams Comprehensive knowledge of ad technologies, how they work, and how to troubleshoot Experience developing reports from scratch that were presented to clients or internal stakeholders  Desired Technical Skills:  Experience in SAS, SPSS, R or other advanced analytics software packages Experience in ad-serving and web analytics tools (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, MOAT, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) Experience /familiarity with concepts of database design and SQL Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Microsoft Access is a plus) Familiarity with web technologies including HTML and Javascript
