Sales + Educator Executive LAPCOS is are looking for a professional Sales Executive who is passionate and well-versed in the skincare and wellness industry. The purpose of this position is to represent the company as a credible face to lead and execute skincare education and develop sales accounts. The primary focus is to actively grow and achieve sales goals through the cultivation of new business with key spa, resort and aesthetic practices, as well as supporting and expanding the existing customer base. This driven individual will display a passion for consultative sales and building a customer’s business over time. They must also demonstrate a proven track record of sales success, professional achievement and present with knowledge of the aesthetic industry. This role will work closely with the Vice President to manage strategy cross functionally with sales, branding and along with Retail Brand Partners to understand needs and drive alignment and execution on selling initiatives. (Licensed Esthetician is not mandatory but it's a plus)
