Excellent collaboration and communication skills, caring, having a positive attitude, and trust are the major tenets of our Core Values, and all employees are expected to be a key steward of these BrkThru principles. THE OPPORTUNITY:We are excited to add to our Client Success  team an individual who will build upon our organizational foundation and assist the transformation of BrkThru from a small to medium-sized business. The role of the Client Success Director is to be fluid in the technical aspects of the services offered while possessing the ability to achieve quotas through growing existing business relationships and closing new business prospects. This individual will enhance the team by mentoring other team members and demonstrate company Core Values. This role is that of an individual contributor and will be responsible for hunting new territory. You have a critical and highly visible position that reports to the National Director of Client Success.COMPENSATION:The opportunity provides OTE of $150k - $200k for the first year with uncapped potential. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, 401K, Summer Flex Fridays, generous amount of paid holidays, growth potential within the organization for the right individual, and MUCH MORE!!Responsibilities:Obtain a solid pipeline of active pending business at all times.Keep abreast of the latest industry trends.Ability to have difficult conversations both internally and externally.Conduct thorough Needs Analysis.Prepare regular sales reports as well as territory plans.Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.Responsible for delivering required reports by management on a timely basis.Work in conjunction with support team to prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.Maintain monthly collections to company standards.Established ability to maintain long term client relationships.Responsible for receiving customer referrals and client testimonials.Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM system at all times.Ability to be timely and be present for all meetings.·       Performs other duties as assigned. Required Experience/Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years’ of selling in the advertising industryDemonstrate exceptional organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills.Excellent internal communication within all departments.Possess and demonstrate the company Core Values.Strong negotiation skills.High level knowledge of all technical aspects pertaining to the products and services offered by the company.Knowledgeable of industry competitor’s.Proven track record of achieving all sales quotas.About Us: BrkThru Digital was founded to put clients first!
