The Jetty Key Account Manager is responsible for supporting and growing high volume Jetty dispensary partners. Maintaining a solid relationship with buyers, owners and key account personnel while applying an analytical approach to account strategy is the priority. The KAM will review store-by-store sales data to advise accounts on SKU velocity, and optimal inventory mix. The KAM will develop detailed strategies and plans to accelerate sell-through including promotions, training, incentives, merchandising, and support from Field Marketing/Brand Ambassadors. Primary ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key account personnelSolving account issuesDeveloping a deep understanding of an account including key staff, store demographics, primary drivers, etc. Analyzing inventory and advising accounts on ordersManaging and analyzing profitability for each accountCommunicating account progress and plans with broader Jetty team including sales leadership, marketing and productionWorking closely with field marketing to develop sell-through and marketing plansStrategic planning to improve client resultsNegotiating pricing with the client and establishing a timeline of performanceWorking with sales leadership to establish account revenue goalsMeeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelinesAnalyze weekly reports and formulate a strategy to grow salesFormulate a strategy to become the number 1 recommended extracts brand through budtender incentives, staff education, appropriate pricing for store demographic, and effective merchandising.RequirementsCannabis experience preferred. 2+ years of account management experience in cannabis or other CPG industry
