Job purposeGrow Medcillary's surgical business unit by enrolling physicians and facilities in Medcillary's innovative, physician-first service model. Sell surgeons service, not devices. Eliminate crowded O.R.’s with multiple reps. Imagine an efficient, physician and patient focused environment where a dedicated, personal clinician knows and cares exactly what the surgeon wants and needs.Develop long-term relationships with surgeons, hospital and surgical center leadership. Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of surgical products according to customer needs. Duties and responsibilitiesThe priority for this role is outside sales / physician relationship development, management. Promoting Medcillary’s solutions as a one-stop shop while facilitating materials and supplies needed for the sales process and customer.Case coverage including ‘on call’ duties when required throughout weekdays and weekends, as needed. ·Maintain strong contact within the surgical department amongst various communication channels.Contribute to the growth of Medcillary by identifying opportunities to increase product penetration with surgeons. Inventory control / management as needed. Instrumentation reset as needed.Efficient time managementBe able to instruct surgeons regarding proper product usage.Deliver excellent customer service and further develop the customer relationship.Assist in managing accounts per the needs of the Account Management team.Assist and deliver surgical product training sessions for sales representatives, customer staff members, operating room staff, and clinical field staff (in-services). Discuss goals and offer tips / advice with Medcillary team. Produce and send reports to management as necessary. Develop creative ways to increase surgical sales and build relationships. Accept, analyze, complete and submit new customer account paperwork to the corporate systems.Data entry and organization within the company’s CRM (Zoho). Assist in updating and maintaining Dropbox with appropriate corporate personnel. Provide administrative support to management and office when needed. Qualifications/Skills/EducationAt least 3-5 years experience in medical, surgical sales - RequiredProficiency in operating room protocol and practices - RequiredB.A / B.S. Degree - RequiredKnowledge of total hip and knee replacement procedures / hardware - PreferredKnowledge of Biologics - PreferredAbility / confidence to maintain high-level, C-Suite relationshipsKnowledge of CRM-ZohoAdobe & Adobe SignMac OSMicrosoft SuiteDropboxMust possess the confidence to interact one-on-one with management teams & intermediaries when necessary.Must exhibit high degree of discretion as related to safeguarding confidential informationAbility to thrive in an independent, relatively unstructured environmentExcellent organizational, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skillsStrong multi-tasking, follow-through skills and a sense of urgency Self-management and hands on approach Compensation$50,000 - $65,000 annual, plus ongoing commission based on gross revenue of all surgeons enrolled.
