We are primarily focused on companies in the UK, US and Europe. RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to help lead the expansion of Taylor Jones in the US. The role requires an all-rounder with obvious entrepreneurial spirit and energy, open to working on a range of functions.You will begin life as one of our lead recruiters in the US, identifying and building relationships with exceptional talent.You will also acquire and develop client relationships in your state, building long-term partnerships with key decision makers at some of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world. You will need to understand our candidates and clients better than anyone else, allowing you to offer both a world-class service and solution. During your first year, the role will evolve into a business leadership role. You’ll manage the P&L and oversee strategy for your City, as well as building and leading world-class recruitment and commercial teams. There is also the potential for this role to evolve internationally.Over time, we expect you to evolve into a thought leader, capable of leveraging market insight to make Taylor Jones the dominant player.RequirementsWe are looking for traits rather than experience.
