Where others stop, we continue.The Outside Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for generating new revenue in retail equipment sales, services existing H&E Equipment customers as well as identifying and winning new business within the assigned territory.Job Requirements:• Must have previous outside rental or retail sales experience• Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a team player• Must be exceptionally self-disciplined• Possess excellent customer service skills• Maintain a professional business appearance at all times• Must be able to build prospects and business relationships• Cold-calling and job site calls are required• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets• Previous experience of preparing professional sales presentations and quotes for customers• A high school diploma or equivalent is requiredPreferred Qualifications:• A Bachelor’s degree is a plus• 2 years of business to business sales experience in Construction Equipment and/ or Construction related field is preferred• Previous experience working in the construction equipment industry is beneficial• The ideal candidate will not be a party to any agreements that restrict their ability to perform work for H&E in the assigned areaSearching for a solid, growth-oriented company that values its employees?
