In this position your responsibilities will include:Review Use Cases, Requirements and Design SpecificationsCreate Test Plans and work with the global test leaders and lab resources to meet project deliverables and schedulesAnalyze gaps in resources to execute Test Plans and coordinate solutions as neededWrite Test Cases based on templates and best practices Execute tests according to test plans and manage resources as neededManage Baselines, develop test architectures, and maintain lab equipment across test cycles Oversee defect reporting and traceability processes and develop reports as neededWork with Change Control Boards to categorize defect and customer pain points Maintain subject matter expertise and coach the system team members through test activitiesResponsible for regression and non-regression activitiesWork to improve system processes involving Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V)Required SkillsQualificationsBachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in a related engineering field with 3+ years experience testing with complex multi-technology systems including cloud connectivityHands-on experience with defect and task tracking tools such as JIRA, TeamForge, or similarHands-on experience with requirement and test case database tools such as JAMA, TeamForge, or similarAbility to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced technical driven environmentAbility to self-manage, multi-task and learn new skills quicklyExperience writing test cases and test plansExcellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent collaboration and facilitation skillsAbility to travel to Schneider Electric and customer sites worldwide Experience working with local, near shore and global project teamsPreferred SkillsBachelor of Science degree in a related engineering field with 5+ years of experience performing multi-technology solutions IV&V testing including IIoT solutions Experience in Energy Management and/or Electrical DistributionExperience with Modbus, Ethernet, CAN bus, or other communication and network protocolsExperience with IoT and/or IIoT technologiesGreat leadership skills and ability to influence partners and stakeholders internally and externallyStrong knowledge of network services and devicesExperience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard documentation tools Schedule: Full-timeReq: 006RS3
