The most successful applicants will be those that already have extensive contacts in the alternative asset industry. As part of the business development process you will be assisted by our technical experts and service delivery professionals. This position offers a competitive base salary and commission structure that at target is in the six figures. You will be facilitating the business development process by performing the following:Developing a working knowledge of our service offeringsAttending industry events to develop leadsMaking sales calls to your network in the alternative asset industryIdentify prospective customersQualify the level of opportunity and type of accountForecast time frames to close businessAssist in preparing quotes and coordinate with marketing department on service agreementsTrack customer satisfaction levels and assess additional revenue opportunitiesDevelop strategies to cross sell to our existing clientsDevelop short term, mid-range and long term goals and track performanceQualificationsDemonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer serviceExtensive contacts in the alternative asset industryPrior business development and sales experiencePrior success in leveraging your extensive contacts in exceeding sales goalsEnjoy being a part of a high performance teamHold yourself accountable to high standardsEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentAbility to work overtime to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skillsComfortable with change, opportunity, and growthAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
