In addition, the Inside AE manages established broker relations including broker approvals, education, customer service and quality management regarding process, product and technology.RESPONSIBILITIES· Performs initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers and coordinate broker approval process through inbound and outbound calls· Use company provided leads and marketing resources to meet minimum volume goals· Collaborates with Wholesale leadership and Corporate business partners to develop/implement marketing strategies within assigned territory/account list· Conducts online presentations at broker offices to promote Caliber Value Proposition and present our process, product and technology platforms· Serves as subject matter expert on Caliber’s policies, procedures, products and technology· Collaborates with loan operations team to manage active pipeline· Establishes communication protocol with Client Relations Managers to optimize service delivery· Assists clients with lock reconciliation, extensions and exceptions· Ensures that broker partners understand Caliber’s loan processing, underwriting and closing processesQUALIFICATIONS· Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major coursework in a related discipline;Equivalent job/education experience will be considered.· 1+ years of mortgage sales or Operations· Knowledge of local real estate market· Working knowledge of investor guidelines, underwriting policies and loan products.The successful candidate possesses –Effective communication/listening skillsSales experience (strongly preferred)Strong analytical and financial acumenExcellent presentation skills – Telephone and VideoIntermediate to Advanced technical skills?BENEFITSWe Offer: comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k),10 employer paid holidays, as well as numerous employee discount programs.We are proud to be a military friendly employer and provide paid leave during military assignments for employees who serve in the Guard or Reserve.Caliber is an equal opportunity employer.
