In this role, you will be a key member of our execution team.As the Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in further developing a high performing Sales Operations function. In the role, you are responsible for driving sales efficiency and effectiveness through enhancements in sales automation tools for sales pipeline acceleration and sales productivity. You will also focus on sales management tracking and reporting. It is important for you to possess a keen understanding of process and analytics, while being able to drive efficiency and productivity for sales growth.In this role you will:Manage sales operations activities that support activities of a growing sales teamWork with Operations, Sales, and Finance Leadership Teams to lead the creation and strategies to support business growthBe able to collaborate with Business Systems, Finance, Contracting and other departments in the support of Salesforce dependent tools and business processesManage the sales automation tool portfolio across a wide range of initiatives, programs and projects from conception to delivery and ensure value is found in each of the sales automation toolsEnsure that all sales system portfolio updates are documented and communicated across VitalTechAssist in the management, tracking, and reporting on sales revenues, margin, and sales commissionsEnsure that all or a significant portion of sales contracts including discounts and pricing arrangements are documented in our systems and consistent across the teamsHelp in the identification and assessment of sales automation tools and deployment of technologies to be used by sales to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations and pipeline generationParticipate in sales team meetings to support the needs of sales leadership and sale executivesServe as a Salesforce SME and help drive Salesforce requirements and changes to enhance the sales process efficiency and standardizationSolicit and gather on a regular basis feedback from the sales team and use feedback to improve tools and processes.Preferred Qualifications:You have 8-10 years required working in the healthcare industry and 3 or more years in an operational function with management experienceYou have experience demonstrating solutions/software and processes to executive level decision makersYou have experience with Salesforce required (Salesforce Admin certification highly preferred)You have experience with CPQ/CLM toolYou have strong data analysis skillsYou have a results oriented style with history of over-achievement.You have excellent communication and presentation skillsYou are able to work very closely with multiple leaders and remote sales teamsYou have worked in a results oriented, fast paced, and team player environmentYou are able manage multiple operations/projects, prioritize and consistently meet deadlinesYou are able to travel 30% of the time
