HireWorks, LLC has partnered with a forward-thinking, creative, and rapidly growing commercial construction management SaaS company who is seeking ISR’s to the join the team. Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) need to be ambitious and self-starters. The ideal candidates have experience bringing on new business, hitting sales goals and have a consultative sales style.What You’ll Be DoingYou’re going to be talking to prospects. A lot. You’ll bring out the benefit of our products and be comfortable presenting them to anyone from senior execs to project managers. Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day schedule could look like:Building a pipeline and closing sales opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with a database of prospects.Scheduling and running online product demonstrations for sales prospects.Managing relationships with clients by providing information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, technologies, competitors, and industry trends.Prospecting and ensuring prospects are being added to the pipeline on a continual basis. Territory is mainly US (although we do have several global clients).Working cross functionally with our Customer Relationship, Implementation and Marketing teams.Training on best practices and sales techniques and keeping up to date with industry knowledge.Our Desired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree required3+ years of B2B sales experience required; SaaS sales highly preferred3+ years of cold calling and prospecting with large corporations, breaking through gate keepers and capturing the interest of C-level executivesProven ability to manage complex sales cycles with a successful track record of closing dealsExcellent communication, negotiation and closing skillsPrior use of HubSpot is a plus*Base salary ($65k-$85k) plus an excellent commission structure, profit sharing, 401k with 4% match, benefits etc.
