The firm specializes in the placement of accounting, finance, tax, and IT professionals.This role entails connecting professionals with job opportunities alongside a team of dedicated recruiters. No experience necessary and targeting recent college graduates! All requisite training will be provided.Key Job Responsibilities:Communicate with highly educated and skilled professionals regarding potential job opportunities at a variety of companies including everything from Fortune 500 to local start-ups.Share job specifications and selling points for companies to interested professionalsConduct initial phone and video interviews with qualified applicantsMaintain a record of recruiting activities and candidates for follow-upCreate and track metrics?Required education and experience:Bachelor’s degreeOutgoing personalityGoal orientedOutstanding communication skills What’s in it for you?
