Senior Manager, Global Strategic Finance FinanceNashvilleReporting to the VP, Global Strategic Finance, the Senior Finance Manager will fill a key role supporting the Client Services leadership teams as well as internal finance partners / leadership. This highly visible role will have direct responsibility for the Americas region revenue planning/reporting and the Client Services Incentive Plan (CSIP). Given that our revenue is primarily driven from our Mobility subscription-based products, this role will lead our monthly and annual planning of subscriber growth (primary revenue KPI) across our set of diverse Americas clients. This position will partner heavily with the marketing analytics, human resources compensation, and other internal finance teams to accomplish both mandates.The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial and analytical competence, strong business acumen and executive presence, and exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive processes across multiple functions. The candidate must be customer centric and be able to balance the demands of a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial environment where ingenuity, rather than precedence, drives how things should be done. This candidate must be self-sufficient and confident in their ability to progress this critical function to new heights.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Own the Americas region revenue / subscriber forecasting processes end-to-end and manage the Client Services Incentive Plan (CSIP) finance workstream Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate subscriber reporting as well as CSIP Accounting Drive and influence the annual and monthly subscriber forecasting process across cross-functional teams; consistently providing insights on near and long-term subscriber performance and trends Build new tools, automation, analytics capabilities and data visualization to better communicate performance (variance to plan), trends, outlook, scenarios and risks/opportunities to executive leadership, including the global Chief Financial Officer Build trusting relationships with the Client Services and Marketing Analytics teams to drive subscriber performance management Partnering with our Client Strategic Finance and other functional finance teams, manage all revenue planning activities and financial system planning updates Partnering with the Human Resources Compensation team, influence the sales compensation design to optimize value to Asurion and manage the finance workstreams associated with sales team semi-annual quota performance and financial payouts Assist on other recurring and ad hoc deliverables as assigned by the VP, Global Strategic Finance Manage a Sr. Financial Analyst on day to day duties that include a portfolio of regular management reporting that exposes data driven, actionable insights Here’s What You’ll Bring To The Team Demonstrated leadership strength and team development Self-directed team member with excellent ability to guide through ambiguity, adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions and can deliver with minimal supervision Thorough commitment to meet deadlines, continuous improvement and results Can navigate ambiguity and make recommendations with incomplete information A strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts to wide variety of audiences including senior key team members (VP+) Can successfully collaborate with all administration levels, develop relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and encourage results through impact. MBA viewed favorably
