Please note this position is located Greeley, Colorado. It will report to this office/warehouse.  The OSP Manager has overall responsibility for the management of the design, permitting, material acquisition and construction of ALLO’s fiber to the premise (FTTP) projects. This position requires extreme leadership and management skills and an ability to build a team of professionals who can work together to accomplish great things. This position requires living in Greeley, CO.Interview, hire, and build a team of professionals Exceptional communication ability Clearly set priorities for contractors and teammates Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Report status on all phases of projects assigned Understand right of way and easement permitting routes Identify and coordinate city and state permits with ALLO’s design team.  Coordinate inspections when required Read and interpret construction documents Estimate and control costs in accordance with ALLO’s financial guidelines Ensure red-lines are properly recorded and collected Simplify difficult goals and projects into easier to understand short term goals Ensure safety with teammates and contractors Coordinate multiple contractors across a FTTP project EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or equivalent  College degree preferred  EXPERIENCE:   5 years leading complex projects 5 years supervising and leading people, preferably in the construction industry  COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: Basic knowledge of fiber design Knowledge of Excel, Word, Teams and GIS Effective communication with internal and external customers, contractors and internal associates Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize work for internal and external teams Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Mentor and grow teammates Track and report metrics  Build effective relationships with internal and external customers Resolve disputes efficiently and effectively Ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license For Colorado Residents: Salary Range of $65,000 - $80,000Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD&D insurance, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
