The Outside Sales Representative position is primarily responsible for attaining sales goals and objectives through the creation and execution of a sales plan in the assigned area. This position will drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding Mammoth’s products and services.   We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(K), HSA match, FSA, paid time off and an employee car discount program for eligible employees.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Provide exceptional customer service.Track customer sales activities.Achieve sales targets.Report on sales progress.Ensure flawless execution on product delivery to the customer.Inside and outside sales.Lead generation, follow up and closing new business.Create customer quotes, work orders, and invoices.Collect customer payments.Answer customer inquiries.Process leads and sales through the sales process by utilizing the CRM database and post-sale follow up.Travel to customer locations on a daily basis.Represent Mammoth Creative at various industry trade shows.Work closely with the design and production team to develop decal and graphics solutions for customers.Onsite survey and detailed measurements of job requests.Other duties as assigned by the manager.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:High School diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver’s License with a good motor vehicle record.Experience with the sale of vinyl decals and graphics applications is a plus.Experience selling similar products and solutions within the commercial automotive and fleet industry a plus.Experience using a CRM database, preferably Salesforce, is a plus.Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and a great attitude.Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer-focused.Detail-oriented.Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly. Ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills to work with customers and co-workers.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization in a team-oriented environment.Ability to handle multiple priorities and identify creative solutions to problems.High level of energy, personal accountability and integrity.Professional in attire and demeanor.Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Smart Sheets.Ability to follow documented procedures.In-depth understanding of customers and their requirements.Deep understanding of the complete portfolio of products and services. Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence others.Ability to accurately read ruler measurements and calculate square footage.Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.JOB DETAILS:Type: Salary + CommissionCompensation Range: $40,000 - $55,000 plus Commissions Bonus Eligibility: NoReports To: Graphics ManagerClosing Date: Open until filled.All qualified applications will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.APPLY FOR THIS JOB
