Then this is the position for you!Current RBT preferred, but training provided for the right candidate. This is a part time position to start, with the potential to build a caseload.Days/Times Needed Wednesday 1 30pm - 4 00pmThursday 3 00pm - 5 00pm (may need to change to 3 30pm - 5 30pm)As a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT), you will work one on one with children using the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). An RBT is a credentialed paraprofessional that works with people receiving ABA. You will directly contribute to our client's success stories by providing them with the necessary skills to be successful!RBT Duties/Responsibilities Implement one on one ABA intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as needed Observe and collect data on the child's behavior Teach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan Attend regular supervisory meetings with a BCBA Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries Continue to improve your professional performance through the feedback of your BCBA Salary Range$15-25/hourRequirements Patience Ability to interact well with active children Ability to work cooperatively as a therapy team member, and work independently Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week Abide by the RBT ethics code Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Clean background and positive reference checks Benefits 10 paid holidays a year, including your birthday Paid sick time Employee Assistance Program Medical / Vision / Dental and PTO for employees working at least 30 hours/week
