Here, you will help lead our industry forward and make your career.Job DescriptionAs a valued colleague on our team, you will guide the team and provide expert advice on end-to-end management of programs that address strategic initiatives, operational needs, and other key business issues by aligning multiple projects, products, processes, and stakeholders.The Impact You Will MakeThe Lead Associate, Program Management - SF Digital Products role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Guide and provide insight on designing and implementing complex programs and projects within our SF businessServe as the program management point-of-contact to our digital business leaders in the following areas of Single-family: customer management, mortgage servicing, and capital marketsMonitor and track the maintenance; report on goals and processes for a various programsExamine and report on progress for a program or initiativeCollaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gain support for a program or initiativeQualificationsSkillsA minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project and program managementAdept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionA track record of evaluating programs and vendors and defining and measuring KPIsSkilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BISkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandAn understanding of the Product Development lifecycle, including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.A commitment to operational excellence, ideally a working knowledge of AgileStrong relationship/stakeholder management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectivesThe group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsExperience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the dataThe group of skills related to Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systemsThe group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.ToolsExperience using Microsoft ProjectExperience using SharePointSkilled in Tableau and/or Crystal Reports, SSRS, etc.Skilled in Microsoft TeamsSkilled in ExcelExperience using scheduling software to book eventsExperience using JIRAAdditional InformationREF5963CThe future is what you make it to be.
