We are a London born brand that has a passion for crafting beautiful handbags and accessories that women love. Our main HQ is based in London but we have expanded into the US over the past couple of years and have a talented team based in Dallas, TX but this role can work remotely.We have a new opportunity in the team for a Account Executive - Digital Marketplace which is key in driving managing the optimization of online sales and margin performance across key digital marketplace accounts including Amazon and Hudson Bay.The role is operationally responsible for the maintenance of channel product ranges, inventories, digital assets and the planning of performance marketing activities, campaigns and promotions to drive visibility and sales.Supporting the Senior Account Executive the main responsibilities of the role include:Planning & Optimisation:Understand strategic opportunity and objectives for each digital marketplace, relative to Radley’s commercial, customer and product strategySupport Merchandise Planning in defining optimal product range and target inventoriesClarify partner specifications and ensure all trading assets are prepared, processed and curated effectively and in a timely manner – product codes, info & imagery, pricing, brand assets and visualsPre and in-season collaboration with merchandise planning to and marketing team to ensure trading, marketing and content calendars are alignedTrading & MarketingAchieve weekly, monthly, annual sales and margin targets.Discuss, agree and co-ordinate trading and marketing strategies with internal teamsEnsure brand presentation is optimised and curated to reflect brand DNAPlan, optimise, execute and monitor on-platform marketing budget for marketplaces to achieve visibility, engagement and conversionReport and analyse individual channel trading performance and marketing ROAS to deliver maximised contribution.Closely review competitor performance and activities, assessing impacts and trading opportunitiesManage product catalogues to optimise product listings, product pages and visibilityOperations & AdministrationLiaise with key internal functions to ensure requisite collateral is available on time.Monitor, replenish and optimise channel inventories.Manage fast and slow selling lines, low and out-of-stock product.Manage comments and reviews. Ensure first and second-line customer service standards are met and maintainedAssist finance (as required) with financial reconciliation of sales, returns, chargebacks, write-offs etc. The ideal candidate will have:3-5 years experience in a successful digital/online trading position and to have included at least one of the following areas: (i) responsibility for brand trading on Amazon and other marketplaces/partner trading platforms, (ii) direct experience of trading from within a major marketplace platform itselfExperience of managing on-platform advertising tools or own-brand performance marketing (Paid or SEO)This a great role for someone looking to progress their career in a fast-paced-growing fashion business in the US.If you feel you have the skills and experience for the role - apply now!
