We are seeking an Independent Sales Rep to utilize their contacts to join our Sales Team to meet our Goals and Yours. Compensation: Unlimited Commission ($150K+) Must want to make at least $100K in commissions  Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 3 years SUCCESSFUL experience as either a sales professional,  Designer or a project manager. Experience working in the luxury construction industry and/or High-Income Clientele. Must have contacts for Luxury Home, Resort, Remodeling and/or Commercial Markets. Confident and persuasive speaker, able to present in front of architectural firms, contractors, project managers, and homeowners. Must be clear, concise, and able to get a message across professionally and eloquently, by phone or by email. Able to negotiate and persuade during the contract-signing process. Strong communication skills, customer service attitude, and a friendly personality. Must understand the importance of long-term relationships, even after projects are completed. Responsibilities: Foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Help potential clients understand what sets us apart from our competitors. Effectively communicate with architects, GCs, builders, remodelers, and homeowners. Effectively communicate and collaborate with our Team to help you meet customer needs. You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining client data into our CRM. Conduct thorough research on different sales opportunities within your assigned region. Come up with proactive and innovative ways to reach out to new clients. Critical thinking and finding resolutions to customer problems. Provide clients with updates on their order. Create local showroom if necessary. Create an ongoing income stream for you!
