Telvista is looking for proven and money-motivated Business to Business Account Managers to join our Call Center Sales Group. As part of our inside sales team, you will work in a fast-paced, competitive and fun work environment. You will receive unlimited qualified leads, training and ongoing support. Success in this role is measured by hitting and exceeding monthly and weekly sales goals and consistently staying ahead of daily metrics all in a team-focused environment. This position will include establishing strong business relationships with leads, including data gathering and leading the customer on journey to becoming a customer. Adding to their existing services and/or business needs. Ensuring that all their company vehicles have gps tracking etcCommunicating with clients/customers to understand their needs and explain product valueQuick sales cycle ensures you will not have to wait months to see results of your sales effortsActing as a client/customer advocate with focus on improving the customer experience while meeting their business needsManage the complete sales cycle through the SalesForce CRM by contacting qualified leads, conducting needs analysis and close salesUtilize internal sales CRM, contact database to maintain regular & dialogue with customersEffectively manage activities towards the accomplishment of monthly sales goalsQualificationsA minimum of 2+ years’ (preferably 3+) of successful B2B sales and/or Incentive Based Sales experience preferably within the last 3-5yrs Ability to overcome objections and answer technical questions, comprehend customer's needs and react quickly.Excellent Interpersonal, analytical skills.Be able to work well independently and as a team player.Must have strong closing/negotiation skillsMust have SalesForce experience within the last 3 yrs2 years Call Center experience Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have advanced computer skillsExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication capabilities.Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks using sales initiative.Must be able to work in High Volume outbound call settingAbility to call small/medium/large enterprise accounts and communicate with decision maker/personnel.
