IVX Health is a leading provider of high-quality infusion and injection therapy for individuals with complex chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis and others. We operate 42 ambulatory / retail infusion centers across the U.S. (up from 9 less than two years ago) and are executing an aggressive de novo and M&A expansion strategy to build the leading IV therapy brand in the nation. IVX Health is backed by leading healthcare investors Linden Capital Partners, McKesson Ventures and Health Velocity Capital.The Finance Director will partner with the CFO and Finance VP to lead the finance function at IVX Health. The finance team works closely with department leaders to provide strategic and analytical insight across the organization. The Finance Director will have meaningful influence in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of IVX’s rapidly growing business.Responsibilities: Directly oversees multiple recurring workstreams (e.g., budgeting, support for month end close, operational KPI refinement), and one-time projects (e.g., market potential for a new product offering, development of a new reimbursement structure)Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and act as a busines partner/advisor to clinical leadership on opportunities for growth. Identify risks and present solutions that guides leaders in making effective decisions that meet financial interests of the organization. Responsible for management and development of a high-functioning team of analysts supporting both finance and operational endeavors. Coach, mentor and develop teammates. Prioritize initiatives and manage cross functional work to meet business need.  Collaborates directly with members of the executive team and department heads to support day-to-day and one-time needs. Prepares standard monthly and non-standard quarterly Board reporting materials; position will have exposure to the IVX Board of Directors and investorsBuilds models and other tools to facilitate growth or improve business processes and reporting Work with leadership to provide operational and strategic level analysis and recommendations. Key role in execution of IVX Health’s M&A strategy (IVX has acquired Precision Healthcare and Decillion Healthcare’s infusion business in the last 15 months)Plans and designs business processes to drive continuous improvementQualifications:Bachelors Degree in Finance6+ years of investment banking, private equity, or consulting experienceAbility to think strategically / at the enterprise level and at a granular level, often leveraging the granular detail to derive strategic insights“Roll up the sleeves” mentality and ability to work as a player-coachUpbeat and aggressive, but personable attitude, with ability to build and influence relationships across the organization
