We are looking for a Audio Visual Engineer for Nashville client!This person installs, supports, maintains and operates video conferencing systems and services in support of improving the productivity of the clients’ employees through advanced multimedia technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:· Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience internally and externally.· Provide expertise on projects; designing; implementing; supporting critical networks and complex converged infrastructures within the VNOC division.· Diagnose and evaluate problems with content related to Video, Audio or Technical composition of media.· Install/upgrade/maintain hardware systems and software packages related to video conferencing and other media technologies utilized (focus around Zoom and GlobalMeet platforms)· Knowledgeable of scheduling procedures, and able to setup, and dismantle video conferences between offices directly, remotely internally and with external clients remotely.· The client is taking their streaming services platform global. · You will be traveling to install video conferencing tools directly with client sites and internally. All other times you will be helping customers (internal and external) install software for video conferencing tools to launch live events remotely.· The role can mostly be remote except for a few times when you will go into the office· The team culture is not a normal industry production team. Most of the team are engineers that work with video output streaming tools.· Travel- 30% at most to the following areas:o Washington, DCo New York, NYo Chicago, ILo Dallas, TXQUALIFICATIONS:· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work· Typically has 5 to 7 years of related work experience working in a high production streaming teamd in A/V Design and project management.· Should have 3-5 years’ experience working with video output controls preferably using Zoom or GlobalMeet tools. · Works independently or as a part of a team under general supervision.· Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Strong time management, prioritization and analysis skills.· An in-depth knowledge of the enterprise's video-conference and multimedia products and services.· Ability to work with within multiple computer environments, platforms and technologies related to video conferencing and remote access systems.PLUSES:· Design and Project Management
