**This job opportunity is contingent upon the successful award of the EUCOM Prime Vendor Contract.

Position Purpose:
â?¢ This position is responsible for implementation and management of EUCOM SOTA MRO TLS program, ensuring proper staffing, equipment, human and systems processes and measurement and controls are in place. This position is also responsible for oversight, management, and development of the assigned team local to the region. This position will be responsible for managing and adhering to contractual metrics and driving sales and growth of the program throughout the life of the contractual opportunity

â?¢ Monitors and manages program performance and rapidly addresses shortfalls and negative trends. Partners with internal management and team members to surface and address contributing factors to program declines.
â?¢ Manages sourcing and customer-facing functions for the assigned program. Ensures compliance with all contractual requirements and a quality customer experience.
â?¢ Manages the assigned program, acting as the primary point of contact for DLA within region. Surfaces potential changes from the agency and regional agency staff and escalates for lobbying intervention when appropriate.
â?¢ Manages the agency-level relationship through both scheduled agency-level meetings and intermittent concerns and changes.
â?¢ Identifies opportunities for contractual growth and expansion. Establishes new accounts by calling in to target accounts, seeking customer referrals, and tracking opportunities. Leads local efforts to connect with customers and communicate the capabilities of SupplyCore and under the TLS program to drive growth. Anticipate 20% of time dedicated to inside and outside sales.
â?¢ Ensures processes and reports flow smoothly, staff and equipment are added at appropriate times and potential issues are surfaced before they become problematic.
â?¢ Conducts regular customer analysis to review margin, growth and loss within current customers.
â?¢ Tracks, manages, and oversees customer activities, including calls, meetings and projects in designated internal systems.
â?¢ Tracks, manages, and oversees internal MRO projects in internal systems.
â?¢ Oversees and facilitates implementation of new procedures, workstations, and automation opportunities. As the contractual point of contact outside of the U.S., you may be asked to assist with local vendor setup, translation, and other business related tasks that require on-site support.
â?¢ Manages assigned department expense budget(s).
â?¢ Performs other duties as assigned.

Hours of Operation
â?¢ Standard operating hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. â?? 5:00 p.m. (CT) / 1:00 a.m. â?? 10:00 a.m. (CET). As an exempt management role, this position will regularly exceed these hours based on workload demands.
â?¢ As the fiscal year-end approaches (September) work hours will be extensive, often exceeding standard operating hours per day.

Travel Requirements
â?¢ Travel will be required both locally and internationally. Expect to travel up to 20% of the time.

Supervisory Responsibility:
â?¢ Recruits staff to include interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring consistent application of employee guidelines, processes, and procedures.
â?¢ Conducts team and one-on-one meetings, and fosters personal growth opportunities.
â?¢ Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising work; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements: any combination of equivalent education and work experience will be considered

Minimum Education Requirements:
â?¢ Bachelor's degree business related field or equivalent professional or military experience
Minimum Work Experience:
â?¢ 5 years of sales or program management experience or similar work experience
â?¢ 5 years of government sales or program management experience with Department of Defense or the Defense Logistics Agency strongly preferred.
â?¢ 3 years of direct managerial experience overseeing or providing direction to staff members
Skill Requirements:
â?¢ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to fluently read, write and speak the English language.
â?¢ Proven ability to operate independently without daily instruction or direct supervisor
â?¢ Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and work expectations
â?¢ Proven ability to operate in a multi-cultural work environment
â?¢ Strong ability to adapt to varying situations and unexpected changes
â?¢ Proven ability to lead staff, assign projects and tasks for maximum productivity
â?¢ Upon successful hire, this position will be required to go through an extensive background check. Ability to gain access military installations required. Retired military strongly preferred.
â?¢ PC proficiency including spreadsheet and word processing skills

â?¢ This position requires the majority of the time to be spent in front of a computer screen. Must be able to accurately perceive and identify sensitive employee information.
