Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and results driven Program Manager to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area managing a Service Operations team of 100 personnel.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage time, cost and scope for the Enterprise IT Service Operations task order in line with Agile and ITIL Service Operations delivery
  • Manage projects by developing project plans, developing/maintaining schedules, tracking progress, analyzing results and reporting with support of team scheduler
  • Responsible for developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Service Ops in support of the IMS
  • Responsible for managing the contract/task order cost with the contract Program Director with support from Program Control Analysts
  • Planning, scheduling, and updating program activities in MS Project and other tracking tools (i.e Jira, etc)
  • Establish milestones and baselines and monitoring adherence to schedules
  • Identify and mitigate risks and manage issues to resolution
  • Analyze and manage program metrics and SLAs
  • Execute project tasks/activities, supervise work completion, perform quality reviews and report progress
  • Work effectively with contract PM and staff to execute the contracts and task orders
  • Prepare periodic status reports
  • Analyze project status data and to manage corrective actions
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with key client personnel
  • Support corporate functions
  • Support and promote growth of new and Task Orders to include proposal support as required
  • Create and manage framework for team innovation and automation efforts

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 9 years with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • PMI PMP or equivalent certification
  • ITIL certification
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good analytical and planning skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in scheduling applications such as MS Project and MS Visio
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing IT technical implementation projects from inception to completion
  • Experience planning, scheduling, and updating program activities in MS Project
  • Experience identifying and performing schedule risk analysis
  • Experience establishing/maintaining schedule templates, processes, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and delivering DevSecOps
  • ITIL Managing Professional certification

Security Requirements:
US Citizenship required and active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
    Must be able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery
    Must be able to position self to maintain office supplies on variable height shelving.
    The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
    Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
