Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager  

to join our team in the Crane, IN 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

 

- At least ten (10) years of professional experience working on engineering, scientific, or technical projects in IT systems support.  

- At least three (3) years of experience managing technical engineering programs  

- Must have proven experience planning and leading technical tasking 

- Must be experienced managing a multidisciplined team of technical experts, managing staffing and resources 

- Must have experience managing cost, schedule, and performance of technical projects 

- Must have experience managing project finances from estimates, budgets, project metrics, and status reports 

Required skills include: 

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required  

 

Education:   

- Bachelor’s degree in any related technical or managerial discipline 

 

Security Clearance Requirements: 

- To hold or obtain an active US Government Top Secret Security Clearance.  

 

Physical Requirements: 

- Sit, stand, walk and talk
