Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior  Service Desk Lead to join our team in the Crane, IN 


Basic Qualifications: 

- At least three (3) years of experience working in Customer Service and Technical Support role 

- Must have experience in a management or team lead role within an IT Customer Service organization 

- Must have experience as primary point of contact for contractor’s tasking, including ability to direct a multidisciplined team of technical experts, manage staffing and resources 

- Must have experience developing cost and schedules estimates, providing metrics, and preparing budget and status reports 

Required skills include: 

- Must have a working knowledge and experience in the application of IS and security operational characteristics for a variety of computer platforms, networks, software applications, and OSs 

Required Certifications: 

- Must have GSEC or Security+(CE) or SSCP 



- Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science 


Security Clearance Requirements: 

- To hold or obtain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.  


Physical Requirements: 

- Sit, stand, walk and talk
