Our business primarily generates revenue through marketplace subscription services (connecting consumers with local suppliers), online advertising, and eCommerce.The Corporate Strategy group works closely with product and business leaders to tackle high-priority challenges and drive growth across the organization. We are seeking an exceptional candidate who can help drive key business initiatives across the company, serving as an internal consulting resource and thought partner to the business units and executive team. You will serve as the connective tissue of cross-functional teams, working to share knowledge, frame/synthesize opportunities, and drive people towards a common goal.The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivering high impact work to an executive or board-level audience. You should be comfortable as an individual contributor and be able to use your high EQ and analytical skills to guide a cross-functional team through ambiguity.We are looking for someone who would be based in our Washington, DC, New York City, or Austin, TX office.About You: Quantitative Bachelor degree – EMBA or MBA preferred (but not required) 8+ years experience in Consulting, Finance, or Business Operations / Strategy at a high growth company Energized by unstructured, nebulous projects with a proven track record of distilling complex problems using clear frameworks and developing clear recommendations Influential meeting presence and high emotional intelligence. Naturally collaborative and partner-oriented, you are able build relationships and to rally a cross functional team (that does not report into you) around a shared vision Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills (written, verbal, and in presentations). You can communicate effectively and provide the “so-whats”, with actionable synthesis and recommendations. Extreme hustle with zero ego. Willing to tackle the smallest or largest tasks to get things done Strong analytical and reporting skills with good understanding of various data systems. Able to quickly build credibility with technical and data science teams Highly organized and self-motivated.
