As part of the SDR team at SYVO, you will become immersed into the world of sales, receive hands-on experience selling a proven-product, and learn effective sales methodologies. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for educating prospective customers on SYVO products, generating qualified leads and helping close customers. This position has a base salary, incentive compensation and will help you establish a solid foundation for a future in sales.  Responsibilities: Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channelsOwn ongoing management of sales tools and technologies. Maintain database health across sales/marketing tools (Salesforce, etc.) - ensure data cleanliness & completenessProvide recommendations to improve efficiencies in daily workflows and processes for sales teamConduct web and phone-based demos to drive customer acquisitionPrepare and provide reporting and analyses for clients and internal teams on a regular cadence  Qualifications: ·   BA/BS is preferred·   1+ years experience in sales development/sales, operations, or analyst role·   Keen analytical skills - ability to break down a problem into its core parts; identifying implications, timeframes and sequences·   Ability to work cooperatively with individuals across the organization and independently when appropriate·   Fast-learner, organized and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail·   Flexible, able to quickly adapt to evolving business needs·   Strong writing, presentation and communication skills·   Comfortable spending 70% of the workday on the phone with prospect contacts at all levels of the organization Key RequirementsPositive, can-do attitude and disciplined work ethicGrowth mindset
