ManTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in security. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for administering a security services program and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This position will act as the company liaison with customers, and employees. This position is also responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary liaison between corporate senior management and customer technical POCs
  • Plan, direct and schedule SOW efforts
  • Service as Primary Point of Contact for technical and programmatic requirements; provide technical direction and support as required
  • Conduct formal program reviews with COTR
  • Ensure security service SOPs and training plans are in place and updated regularly to ensure daily operational effectiveness
  • Manage on-site security personnel; conduct general program management responsibilities including selection and placement, performance reviews, attendance management, conflict resolution; and scheduling
  • Provide monthly status report detailing all pertinent activities that have occurred in the previous month
  • Provide full A&A support and technical security guidance in all phases of the system accreditation process and/or Risk Management Framework.
  • Conduct Technical Exchange Meetings to facilitate information security solutions.

Education Requirements:

  • BA preferred, 10+ yrs experience with 5 years management experience in a security field

Skills Required:

  • Strong diplomacy skills and sensitivity protocol
  • Working knowledge of system A&A process and technical security guidance through all phases of the system accreditation process and/or Risk Management Framework.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
