What you will be working on

The ProjectWise Administrator is a national role involved with initiatives relating to effective development, implementation and use of ProjectWise Cloud services to digitally enable project delivery in response to the KBR IS Technology and Digitalisation Strategy.

This will involve working closely with ProjectWise technical software and project teams to define requirements, then design and implement solutions that support project delivery best practices by automating and streamlining operations and processes.

  • Implement ProjectWise Cloud technical solutions to provide the business with a competitive advantage.
  • Identify and implements best for business technology solutions using ProjectWise.
  • Clearly understands project and client information requirements to develop and mobilise new, fully compliant projects quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist with managing and developing of ProjectWise business and project environments including, but not limited to, administration and configuration of project templates and setups, environments, user groups and accounts, security, data sources, folder structures, efficient workflows and processes, and best practices.
  • Setup, manage and support the use of various ProjectWise services such as deliverables management, ProjectWise Web, ProjectWise Insights, etc.
  • Liaise with project teams and document control teams to ensure best practice is maintained.
  • Provide guidance to projects on CAD workspace development, plotting and publishing, ProjectWise environment and workflow and automation development.


  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, technology, information systems, computer science and/or (5-10 years) industry experience in the management, administration and coordination of project document management and collaborative technologies within engineering and design or construction DE and/or BIM environment
  • Full awareness of Digital Engineering (DE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its importance to the engineering, design and construction of infrastructure.
  • An understanding of all facets of the project execution and delivery information lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in:
  • ProjectWise administration, technical development and implementation
  • Working closely with project teams to define requirements to develop suitable solutions.
  • Developing and implementing PowerShell automation scripts for use with ProjectWise.
  • ProjectWise Workflow Rules Engine and application to ISO 19650 business processes
  • Analysing and documenting business and project requirements and processes to produce effective, detailed and accurate systems and user documentation.
  • Developing routine reports to analyses monitor data on project activity.
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle and SQL).
  • Power BI Desktop.
