Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA.

Are you an imaginative and resourceful Program Analyst with Navy Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) system experience? Use your experience to optimize workflow procedures and support to our customer. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Research, analyze problems, and determine logistics element(s) requirements with minimum supervision.
Perform customer interface with minimum supervision to define and report status of routine tasks.
Review reports, technical papers, drawings, specifications, procedures etc., and assist with test/evaluations and validations/verifications; provide comments and impacts.
Prepare routine draft correspondence (i.e., letters, memos and route sheets), design charts, spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and presentations, and prepare draft analytical reports and meeting minutes.
Entering, modifying, and maintaining risks in Risk exchange that are developed by the the engineering team. Help ensure all risks are being entered into risk exchange in accordance with the applicable risk management plans, and help track status and provide updates.
Support maintenance of Project List and Technical Excellence Metrics records for A&A/Cyber Engineering.
Engineering meeting support - Record actions, supporting working actions under direction of the technical project lead.
Supporting the technical project lead in coordinating multiple cyber engineering efforts simultaneously with respect to project management duties.
Coordinate IMS, cost, and risk data to support technical project lead in project management duties.
Creation of PM briefs/slides and to support various project reviews.

Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent additional experience)
    At least 5 years' experience in the areas of system acquisition, milestone planning, project tracking, financial analysis, logistics support, and project/program cost analysis to include the following:
    Experience in evaluation of system and component level technical engineering documentation
    Experience interacting with civilian and military leadership and synthesizing information from diverse sources into systems engineering strategies combined with relevant Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition experience
    Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen
    Must have an active Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

    Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) experience
    Microsoft Office Suite
