Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Integrator - Expert to join our team in Northern Virginia.

Systems Integrators on this program will be responsible for a variety of assignments, including training/mentoring others and external/partner-facing communications. Duties may include:

  • Supporting office operations through administrative tasks such as maintaining org charts, phone cards and meeting scheduling.
  • Assist with processing of incoming/outgoing personnel.
  • Conduct procurement activities for office supplies, equipment and necessary software/maintenance agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office suite desktop applications.
  • Demonstrated experience with collaboration tools and portal technologies (i.e. MS Share point)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks in an environment with competing priorities and short suspense timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing/reviewing documentation and developing/delivering formal presentations
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment comprised of technical personnel and mission partners
  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating with customers and colleagues at various levels (i.e. amongst peers, technical partners, management, and executive level customers).
  • Demonstrated experience with ITIL processes
  • Demonstrated experience assisting management in a zero-base review of current lines of business, standard operating procedures, internal process workflows, metrics collection and assessments, asset management, and identify opportunities for improvements, efficiencies, and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Requires a B.S. and 11-15 years of relevant experience or a Masters Degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with Change Management
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
