Project Controls Officer

Our Government Services, Integrated Support Solutions (ISS) Division is seeking to engage a Project Controls Officer.
As the Project Controls Officer you will provide support to the General Manager ISS BU for all aspects of Project accounting controls, including development and maintenance of the ISS BU Work Under Contract / Back Log file(s), forecasting, preparation and maintenance of WBS, budget planning, changeability reporting and analysis, market sector reports, and all other relevant controls report and analysis.
Under general supervision, you will be required to solve complex problems using your detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices in project controls. By leveraging form your experience and problem solving skills you will develop and improve processes. At times you may be required to provide guidance to less experienced team members so you will need to have well developed communication skills.
Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail are required as you will prepare and maintain an accurate Contract Work Breakdown Structure, master schedule and supporting schedules for the completion of project work. You will also maintain all project files, correspondence and reports for all ISS BU projects.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship as an Australian Government Security Clearance is required
