DOD SKILLBRIDGE DESCRIPTION

Opportunity: Dealer Parts Support

Training Location: Racine, WI or Virtual

Length: Min: 90 Days Max: 180 Days *Length of Program offers some flexibility

Job Placement Location: Racine, WI or Virtual

Funding Sources: Company sponsored.

Week 1 รข?? Orientation:

1. Team Introductions & Program Overview

2. Meet employees and match intern with a peer/mentor/trainer

3. Introduction and first meeting with CNHI Veteran Ambassador.

4. Orientation to CNH Industrial and CNHI Aftermarket Solutions

5. Overview of Dealer Parts Support & impact on the overall AMS/CNHI Business.

6. Clearly define company culture and expectations.

7. Get access to all required CNH systems

8. Introduction to all system and IMT processes

Goal of Week 1: Intern has an overview of Dealer Parts Support and IMT role, responsibilities,
processes, systems and role IMT plays in support for the AMS organization.

Week 2: Work IMT Incident Cases/Organization Strategy

1. Under the direction of a Trainer, the intern will learn to navigate IMT Incident cases by working cases in the system. 2. Viewing of Change Ambassador videos. Education on corporate strategy related to upcoming projects and company focus on digitalization, servitization and customer centricity. 3. Shadowing of peers Goal of week 2: Intern becomes familiar with IMT systems and learns how to troubleshoot IMT Incident Cases. Familiarization with work instructions and developing work flow. By the end of week 2 the goal is completion of 2 to 3 incidents per day completed independently or with little to no assistance.

Week 3: Work IMT Incidents Cases/Know Your Product

1. Under the direction of a Trainer, the intern will learn to navigate IMT Incident cases by
working cases in the system.

2. Viewing Know Your Product Videos/Training to better understand CNH Industrial Products

3. Shadowing of peers

Goal of week 3: Committing Basic Process to Memory, familiarization with all work instructions.
By the end of week 3 the goal is 4 new incidents per day while managing ongoing follow up tasks
and/or create new follow up tasks.

Week 4: Increase New Incidents

Goal of week 4: By the end of week 4 the goal is 6 new incidents per day while managing ongoing
follow up tasks and/or create new follow up tasks. Hold a 30 day checkpoint review with manager.

Week 5: Increase New Incidents

Goal of week 4: By the end of week 5 the goal is 8 new incidents per day while managing ongoing follow up tasks and/or create new follow up tasks.

Week 6: Increase New Incidents

Goal of week 6: By the end of week 6 the goal is 10 new incidents per day while managing ongoing follow up tasks and/or create new follow up tasks.

Week 7: Increase New Incidents

Goal of week 7: By the end of week 7 the goal is 11 new incidents per day while managing ongoing follow up tasks and/or create new follow up tasks.

Week 8: Increase New Incidents

Goal of week 8: By the end of week 7 the goal is 12 new incidents per day while managing ongoing follow up tasks and/or create new follow up tasks. Hold a 60 day checkpoint with manager.

Week 9+: Increase New Incidents

Goal of week 9+: By the end of week 9 the goal is 12+ new incidents per day while managing ongoing follow up tasks and/or create new follow up tasks. In week 12 hold a 90 day checkpoint with manager.

NOTE: The above descriptions reflects a standard description of a DOD Skill bridge opportunity within the stated department at CNH Industrial. CNH Industrial DOD Skillbridge opportunities offer a reasonable amount of flexibility in Length of Program. The program outline may be adjusted to reflect the timeline of the service members assignment.

In addition to the standard description above, all DOD Skillbridge Interns will participate in the following:

1. Veteran Ambassador: "Veteran Ambassadors" will be full time, CNH Industrial employees who have successfully transitioned from active duty to a civilian corporate role. The "Veteran Ambassador" will be accessible to the DOD Skillbridge participant for periodic meetings, support in navigating the organization, and/or discussion on transition experiences.

2. Leadership Informational Meeting(s): Depending on the duration of the DOD Skillbridge assignment, and the Interns interest, he/she will be scheduled for 1 to 3 informational meetings with CNHI Leaders. This meeting is intended to offer an opportunity to learn more about the company, career opportunities, and general information on civilian careers and leadership.
