Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Contracts Setup Manager, Special Projects to join our team in the Herndon, Virginia. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Setup indirect cost projects in PeopleSoft

  • Run daily status reports

  • Reviews and approves Contract Setup Packages for accuracy and compliance

  • Assists Senior Manager with Special Projects (System updates, Acquisitions, Reorganization) and Department Tasks

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.

  • 2 years Government Contracting experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PeopleSoft Experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75%.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situation
