Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Engineer/Program SETA to join our team in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Keeping the program on track while a PM transition occurs. 
  • Supporting integration and coordination of the program, including coordination of multiple mission partners, performer teams, and government team activities through end of base phase demonstration and startup of classified option phase.

Basic Qualifications:

  • B.S. or M.S. Degree Engineering discipline.
  • Experience in past DARPA programs including demonstration and outreach coordination with multiple mission partners.
  • Understanding of/experience with DARPA processes to anticipate and address internal DARPA needs (briefings, program documents) including understanding of program security and processes.
  • High attention to detail, anticipating needs and issues before they arise and ability to work highly autonomously.
  • Prior experience with programs focused on development of cloud-based software and Agile/DevOps.
  • Strong slide preparation, writing and verbal skills.
  • Interest in logistics and supply chain domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics and/or supply chain, but in context of intelligence/mission assurance functions.
  • Mathematics/CS background or experience, with strong understanding of data fusion and AI techniques.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
