Financial (GFEBS) Analyst
The Financial Execution Analyst is responsible for resource management, contract reconciliation, contract research, prior year through cancelling year clean-up, and audit assistance in support of the Fixed Wing Project Management Office Business Division (Execution).
Manages budget execution and maintains accounting records for reporting and analysis of all commitments, obligations, and disbursements. Develops, maintains, and coordinates responsive detailed financial management plans to stratify resources against approved programs, spend plans, and executes budget impacts on programs to assure availability of resources to forecast long-term funding requirements. GFEBS, SDW, EDA experience is preferred. SOMARDS experience not required, but beneficial.
Performs analytics and research on an array of contract actions tracking commitments, obligations, expenditures, and expenses throughout life of the funds on contract. Provides assistance and support to the Financial Execution Branch Chief tracking unmatched transactions and corrective actions to DFAS and focus on contract reconciliation.
