KBR is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support a GEOINT Acquisition Program Office responsible for the design, development, and acquisition of geospatial-intelligence data systems. The Acquisition Office provides innovative technical solutions for the acquisition and delivery of activity-based collection capabilities that provide timely and relevant intelligence to the user community. The position provides administrative support services across the program office.

Key skills / duties include:

  • Administrative support to the System Program Office (SPO) front office and divisions. These include travel management, meeting scheduling/appointment and calendar management, and performing general administrative duties associated with the daily SPO operations.
  • Familiarity and use of Government provided collaboration tools to support the administrative requirements. These include preparing for and assisting in staff meetings, maintaining schedules, promoting communications within the office and across NRO/GEOINT.
  • Administrative support for SPO personnel and staff management to include update of organization charts, tracking personnel actions and staffing activities, management of action items and data calls and coordination of responses at the division and SPO level.
  • Support tracking of program baseline management products, CDRLs, and engineering change request processes for technical and programmatic impacts on contract and technical baselines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with NRO space systems acquisition
  • Knowledgeable in use of NRO business and administration practices and tools
  • Experience in working with NRO directorates/offices and front office staff
  • Experience handling and marking classified materials
  • Experience with classified computer systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who has strong interpersonal and organization skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of IC business procedures and protocols
  • Previous One-on-one senior executive support in large organizations
