KBR is seeking support from an individual with relevant SIGINT architecting experience to support multi-disciplined technical trade studies and assist in the architecting of future systems. The individual will support the Team Lead to adequately study future SIGINT system candidate elements to inform acquisition planning and decision-making. The individual will be responsible for the execution of a number of key technical and operational trade studies and high-level requirements development activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide SIGINT subject matter expertise to support architectural trade studies including but not limited to:
  • Mission Management and Planning
  • Processing (method, type, geographic constraints)
  • C2 trades (method, type, geographic constraints)
  • Payload and capability requirements
  • Bus performance and accommodation requirements
  • Cost and schedule
  • Industry capabilities and sustainment
  • Work across larger team to integrate inputs and share outputs
  • Quickly generate technical presentation materials and reports appropriate for Senior Executive use

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. in engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience within SIGINT
  • Prior experience supporting Senior Government Officers in the above-described capacity within SIGINT
  • Understand current SIGINT architecture, particularly Mission Management/Mission Planning
  • Understand SIGINT Functional Manager and User requirements
  • Understand how SIGINT systems are, and can be, used to execute required missions
  • Prior experience supporting community-wide trade studies for SIGINT
  • Experience working across large team to integrate inputs and share outputs
  • Engineering experience on SIGINT systems
