General Job Overview:

The Test Engineer will support test and evaluation (T&E) activities for multiple DoD missile development projects. Responsibilities include regular interactions with stakeholders across the program and enterprise focused on the following objectives:

  • Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan
  • Provide test engineering subject matter expertise to the technical team and program leadership
  • Conduct test integrated product team (IPT) meetings
  • Develop test plans and procedures
  • Coordinate resources to support testing including interface with subcontractors, test facilities, and the Government
  • Support test execution and reporting with anomaly resolution, as required

Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated ability in test engineering focused on the following:

  • Experience leading a Test IPT
  • Experience interpreting policies or concepts to address T&E issues for prototype development and system qualification
  • Experience providing technical advice related to T&E, systems testing and evaluation efforts
  • Experience developing, executing, and presenting test plans, data collection efforts and reports
  • Experience interfacing with Government test facilities
  • Preferred: Experience interfacing with White Sands Missile Range
  • Active Secret Clearance

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree +5 years of experience
