KBR is seeking highly motivated subject matter experts to support the NRO SIGINT Director’s office. This includes supporting as well as overseeing all aspects of the Chief of Staff front office and Director’s Action Group (DAG). The successful candidates demonstrate the ability to effectively orchestrate timely action item response, both internal and external to the SIGINT front office. The successful candidates have a good grasp of SIGINT technical, business, and fiscal budgeting processes. This includes frequent interaction with NRO HQ and external oversight partners. The successful candidate understands the mission needs to overcome development and operations limitations of current systems and can guide revolutionary change in how the NRO conducts its mission. The SIGINT directorate is looking to address future intelligence collection challenges with innovative solutions.


  • Manage day-to-day tasking that enters the SIGINT front office, ensure timely and well executed coordination and detailed and effective response.
  • Support all aspects of directorate-level execution, including training, communications, milestone planning and execution, action item response, schedule control.
  • Institute rigorous control processes to effectively manage the SIGINT front office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have technical and analytic capabilities in Directorate-level front office support and execution.
  • BS degree.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with space systems acquisition and / or sustainment.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can partner with multiple teammates.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering discipline or systems engineering.
  • 5-10 years’ experience with space systems acquisition and /or sustainment.
  • Understanding of acquisition and operations technology best practices.
  • Exposure to the system design trade process, assessing system design options, analyzing mission requirements, monitoring vehicle development, test development / execution, and tracking requirement verification.
  • Specific knowledge of the NRO space and ground systems and processes.
