KBRis seeking a Signal Processing Engineer to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The candidate will support funded programs in both radar and electro-optics. The candidate will also perform or supervise IRaD/CRaD.

Job Duties:

  • Provide signal processing expertise to currently funded customer problems
  • Work with existing Matlab and C++ tools to analyze and process signal data from sensor systems
  • Develop new tools/algorithms to enhance our signal processing capabilities & develop new sponsors
  • Prepare and present briefings to current and prospective customers
  • Work with a flexible schedule and be willing to travel to accommodate customer priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • MS degree in electrical engineering or physics with 1-3 years of experience in radar signal processing and/or optical signal processing.
  • Programming experience in Matlab
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers, both for program development and program status
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
