Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated professionals in El Segundo, CA who assist the U.S. Air Force and Space Force in developing and deploying the next generation of satellites and ground systems for missile warning (MW) and space-based environmental monitoring (SBEM). These systems alert senior military officials when missile launches occur around the globe, as well as enable global naval vessel and troop movements by providing mission-critical weather data to ensure safe passage.

KBR is seeking an Enterprise Scheduler to support our Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team in Los Angeles, CA at the Space and Missile Systems Center. The position requires an individual to develop and maintain program and enterprise-level schedules and the ability to conduct schedule analysis, e.g., critical path and/or schedule risk assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) /Integrated Master Plan (IMP) support to multiple programs.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain multiple schedules into program top-level Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and associated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as day-to-day execution tools used to periodically assess progress in meeting program requirements.
  • Develop solutions for mitigating schedule risk and achieving program goals and objectives.
  • Identify and recommend scheduling best practices.
  • Work closely with technical experts, project leads and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules.
  • Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
  • Working closely with others in linking critical activities across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Five years of overall related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or additional four years of experience
  • Ability to conduct schedule analysis, e.g., critical path and/or schedule risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project software as well as either OnePager Pro or Milestones Professional software.

Security Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
